We start with the process, not the product. Most systems we are asked to build already exist somewhere — in a spreadsheet, an inbox, or one person’s head. Mapping that first is what decides whether the software is worth building at all, and it is the step most often skipped.
We build on standard platform capability wherever it will hold. Custom code is quick to write and expensive to own. We use it where it genuinely earns its place, rather than as the default answer.
We ship with deployment discipline. Source control, environment strategy and solution management are part of the work rather than an afterthought. This is the difference between a Power Platform estate you can safely change and one nobody wants to touch.
We publish what we learn on the way.
